Hi, I’m Carine Solange and I live in Norwich, England.
So where do we start? From the not so long ago beginning. Roughly 2 years ago when I started studying for my Ph.D., I was advised that in order to maintain my sanity, I will need a distraction, something to take my mind away from research every now and again.
I tried taking up a sport, but I am not very athletic. So I tried baking for fun. I quickly fell in love with the creative and artistic side of cake decorating. I found myself watching several episodes of extreme cake makers on ALL4 and many many cake decorating Youtube tutorials, Netflix, and other TV shows – that was it, I was hooked!
Once I started, I couldn’t get enough. I was immersed in this new hobby which made me very happy, I looked forward to the end of the lab day so I could go home and practice a new thing I had learned the night before.
All my recipes have been taste-tested by friends and family with rave reviews in order to make sure that every bite will live up to your expectations.
This is where I am now. A self-taught baker and decorator ready to take on your requests with a guarantee to wow your guests.
